Recipe: Spring Liver Cleanse Tonic

(makes 2 servings)

Ingredients

  • 16oz water
  • 1 tea bag of dandelion root tea
  • 2 medium sized beets
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 inch ginger root

Preparation

Brew dandelion tea and chill in the refrigerator, or cold brew dandelion tea in water overnight.

Juice the beets, carrots, ginger and lemon. Combine with the tea, stir and enjoy!
