Recipe: Green Tea and Chia Seed Energy Drink

Ingredients

  • 8 – 10 ounces filtered water
  • 1 bag green tea
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons chia seeds (depending on desired thickness)

Preparation

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Steep tea for 3 – 5 minutes, then remove tea bag.
  3. Add chia seeds and mix thoroughly.
  4. Leave tea/chia seed mixture in the fridge for about an hour to cool.
