Recipe: Ayurvedic Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 5 fennel seeds
  • 3 dates (pitted)
  • 6 almonds
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • 1 large glass of water

Directions

  1. Soak all ingredients in the water overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning, pour the water and its contents in a blender and blend thoroughly.
