This quick and simple parfait makes a great breakfast or afternoon snack.
- 6oz cultured coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 apricot
- 1/4 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs (optional)
- 1 toasted whole grain waffle
