Recipe: Blueberry, Asparagus and Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bundle fresh asparagus, cut into ½ inch pieces and ends trimmed
- 4 cups loosely packed baby spinach
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 3 large organic hard boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
- 2½ Tbsp.apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp.olive oil
- 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- sea salt and pepper, to taste
