Recipe: Ayurvedic Breakfast Shake
- 5 fennel seeds
- 3 dates (pitted)
- 6 almonds
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 large glass of water
- Soak all ingredients in the water overnight in the refrigerator.
- In the morning, pour the water and its contents in a blender and blend thoroughly.
