This quick and simple parfait makes  a great breakfast or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 6oz cultured coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 apricot
  • 1/4 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs (optional)
  • 1 toasted whole grain waffle
