Recipe: Lemon Pepper Cashews
A great healthy snack for the holidays, or any day!
Ingredients
- 1½ cups unsalted roasted cashews
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp freshly ground coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher or sea salt
