- 1 beet root and stem
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 apple
Remove beet stem from beet root. Cut beet root into four equal sections.
Measure 1 cup spinach and set aside.
Remove 2 celery sticks from the stalk. Keep the leaves on.
Cut apple into four equal sections.
